And I found myself caught in the middle… trying to lead with purpose, in an industry that often runs on chaos.
So I stepped back and asked myself:
“What if we slowed down? What if we actually listened—before we pitched? What if there was a better way to serve?”
That’s how PREAD was born.

It’s how we listen to clients.
It’s how we evaluate projects.
It’s how we train our agents to serve with intelligence and care—not just close deals.
Why I Had to Create It
Because I was tired.
Tired of seeing agents rush through calls without understanding the client.
Tired of watching clients buy properties they didn’t fully understand.
Tired of repeating the same corrections over and over.
And as someone who gives so much—training, tools, support—I needed to know there was a system that matched my values.
PREAD became that anchor.
It helped me create structure where there was confusion.
It gave my team a process.
And it gave me peace of mind—knowing we were finally doing things right.
It’s Personal
I care deeply about this industry. Maybe too much sometimes.
I don’t lead from a distance. I’m there in the day-to-day—advising on listings, rewriting WhatsApp pitches, walking agents through payment plans at 11PM.
I’m building something with my name on it.
And I want my clients to feel safe.
I want my agents to feel empowered.
And I want to feel proud of the way we work.
PREAD isn’t about perfection. It’s about intention.
What I Want for the Future
I want to see more structure.
More care.
More discipline in our industry.
I want agents to stop chasing the next shiny launch and start understanding what fits the client.
I want clients to feel like someone actually took the time to think about them—not just sell to them.
And I want to lead a company where every interaction matters.
Because real estate isn’t just about property. It’s about people.
