Yas Island already had world-class attractions, luxury communities, waterfront living and international events.
Apparently, that was still not enough.
Now North Yas Island is stepping into the spotlight with Yas Point, a major waterfront destination planned across approximately 600,000 square metres, with around 1,600 residences and a future community of nearly 5,000 residents.
The masterplan includes branded residences, a five-star resort, retail, dining, leisure facilities and an international school.
It is also expected to introduce the first beach on the northern side of Yas Island, supported by a 700-metre promenade, landscaped parks, cycling routes, water activities and future water-taxi connectivity.
Because choosing between a morning beach walk, lunch by the water or an afternoon near Yas Island’s leading attractions was clearly the lifestyle challenge residents were missing.
Beyond the sarcasm, North Yas Island represents an important new phase for Yas Island.
It is evolving into a complete residential, hospitality and investment destination, combining waterfront living, education, recreation and daily convenience within one connected masterplan.
And naturally, once the transformation becomes impossible to ignore, everyone will say:
“I always knew North Yas had potential.”
